Jeep Day… Owww…

Day: 162

Day 162-13.JPG

So we took this crazy jeep trip with an insane driver who had us painfully bouncing all over Patagonia today. Of course it included meat, many great views, waterfalls (or wasserfalls in German, as I was taught) and an assortment of other things, but I am seriously sore and even bleeding a little from a cut I got banging against the wall of the jeep over a particularly huge bump. I was scared shitless, very rare for me so you know it was bad.

Other than the exhaustion that caused my evening was pretty mellow; the girls made scrambled eggs with ham for everyone, Chris and I brought some beer and vodka (with mixers!) and we all just sat around wimpering from the days pains.

One other thing… Who are all you people out there? I’ve had 600 hits since yesterday so I know someone is reading.  Just give me a heads up to who you are. I mean, really, I’ve put my whole life online for a year. The good and bad days.  Just give me a shout out.

Unlike the other 599 people or so, you may have difficulty shutting me up :-)

I’m the wanna be photographer guy here for the photos and to chuckle at the stories of drunken stuper.

My rather uneventful life is on display at target=”_blank”>flickr.com/photos/januaryphotography/ minus the brilliant commentary found on this blog.

I can understand the Yosemite reference.
I feel the need to eat meat after these pictures.
(Shout out!) I am here for you son.
Glad you are having a good time Rob. Love you, Dad.

What a wonderful life it is to share. Don’t stop posting all of the great photos and stories. It is really the most inspiring blog I’ve find, and helps keep me sane until I leave for my RTW trip.

+ I kinda ripped off a bit of your blog style photo-linking for my blog. Thanks for the inspiration!

Man that Jeep must have must have messed you up. Stop being a SISSY LA LA. Do you need some cheese! I need a shout out… please. There reading it. More pics less whining.

600 views and 6 responses. Either we are each viewing it 100 times a day, or there’s a lot of shy people out there.

Keep up the posting and the photos. I use your blog as a daily inspiration till my RTW in September ’07. Some of your photos have become my desktop images too… just fantastic.

After all the steak photos, I’m hungry and I’m about to go make… can you guess?… Steak on the bar-b-q. Yummy!

    Safe travels!

I don’t know if you get all new messages or if this is just taked onto this specific post…
But anyway, I have been reading your blog for the past few days, starting from the beginning and trying to catch up to the present. Good travels!
