Ramona & Hermosa

We set out with the goal of a pleasant afternoon shoot with Ramona at/around Hermosa Beach, too bad for us Ramona wasn’t in the mood to be very far from her mother, Jen.
In my life as a photographer, this is far from a tragedy – things change all the time – so I quickly modified the shoot and worked at incorporating Jen and her bond with her daughter into these images. We got a few great images of Ramona alone, but I feel the best images from the day are those that show how happy this mother and her young daughter are together. Also, it definitively didn’t hurt that they both are extremely photogenic!
