The Calm Before the Storm
March 10th, 2011:
This week we had 2 engagement sessions scheduled. Unfortunately one couple came down with the sickness going around and the other had a last minute emergency, so we rescheduled both for later in the month. This left our week rather empty, but set us up for a super busy next two weeks. We relaxed, cleaned the house, cleared up the editing computer’s hard drive, and prepared for the deluge of image creation to come.
In the next half a month Felicia and I are going to be everywhere. We have:
- 2 Weddings
- 7 Engagement shoots (one of which is in Nevada and one in Sequoia National Park),
- A promotional shoot for a local theater.
- and I am attending a class with Joe McNally on furthering my lighting skills.
Essentially the calendar is booked solid shooting and and every minute not shooting I will be at the computer editing.
I love my job.
